How do I return an item?
We do not accept any returns on firearms even if you order it and somehow do not pass background checks. If you purchase a firearm from us and do not pass the background check you forfeit all funds affiliated with the purchase and us or the dealer that is doing the transfer will keep the firearm to do with as they see fit.
Our manufactures have warranty on almost everything we carry and to get help with warranties please email or call us to get their contact information.
We do accept returns on most non-serialized items within 14 days of delivery. The products being returned or exchanged must be in original packaging and in new condition. Any use that is obvious or damage that was not present at time of shipping from our facility will not be exchanged or returned. Return shipping will be at the purchasers expense and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to any and all returned items.
Exchanges must also be shipped back 14 days from date of the purchaser receiving them. The return shipping will be at the purchasers expense. All items being exchanged must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging. Any items that are not as described which is up to the employees of Dryka Armory will not be exchanged and will either returned at purchaser's expense or discarded as well.
Before making a return or an exchange please contact us to get a return or exchange ticket number. Please do not ship us anything that you have not gotten a return ticket on. if we receive something that has not been put in the system as a return or exchange and no ticket number has been granted the item will be discarded and the funds for such item will be forfeited by the purchaser.
